Exchanges and returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt.

Returns within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in original condition and labelled. The product must not show any signs of use.

A return must always come with a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Once we have received your return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.

Order and delivery

At Novensa, we take care of shipping costs, making shipping absolutely free for you. 

*Sometimes we give away some items for free as a promotion. To cover costs, we charge £5.99 shipping costs.

The average delivery time of our products is 8-15 days. Our products are shipped to you directly from the supplier. With this unique business model, we save a lot on storage and transport costs and can offer the products at a lower price than our competitors.

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected
expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order
may be delayed in the delivery process.

Have you not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date? If so, please contact us.

As we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately. If products are missing, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.
