PART 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?

When you buy something from our shop, we collect the personal data you provide, such as name, address and e-mail address, during the buying and selling process. When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address to provide information about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your consent, we may send you emails about our shop, new products and other updates.

PART 4 - SHOPIFY

Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored in Shopify's data storage, databases and general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card details. It is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only for as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Upon completion of the transaction, your purchase transaction data will be deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, including brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that your credit card information is processed securely by our shop and its service providers. SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Generally, the third parties we hire will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third parties, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions. We encourage you to read their privacy policies so that you understand how your personal information is handled by them.

SECTION 7 - SECURITY

When you provide us with your credit card details, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored using AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and also follow generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 8 - COOKIES

allow Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, destination page, etc.). _shopify_visit, no data storage, remains 30 minutes after last visit, used by our website's internal statistics system to record the number of visits. _shopify_uniq, no data storage, expires at midnight (relation to visitors) of the next day, counts how many times a single customer visits a shop. Cart, unique token, valid for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of your shopping cart. _secure_session_id, unique token, sessional storefront_digest, unique token, undefined. If the shop has a password, it is used to determine whether the current visitor has access. PREF, exists very briefly, set by Google and tracks who visits the shop and where they come from.

Text messaging terms and conditions: We use an SMS platform to which the following terms and conditions apply. By signing up for our text messaging and notifications, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. By entering your phone number at checkout and marking a purchase, by signing up through our sign-up form or by using a keyword, you agree that we may send you text messages (for your order, including reminders of cancelled orders) and text message offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase. Your phone number, name and purchase details will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc", a European Union company based in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications. By sending SMS messages, your phone number is transferred to an SMS provider to deliver the messages. If you no longer wish to receive marketing SMS and notifications, you can reply to any mobile message we send you with STOP or use the unsubscribe link we provide in each of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of unsubscribing, such as using other words or requests, are not considered an appropriate method of unsubscribing. You may be charged for messages and dates. If you have any questions, you can send "HELP" to the number from which you receive messages. You can also contact us for more information. If you wish to unsubscribe, please follow the procedure above.
