Are you dissatisfied with your order and want to return it? We are very sorry to hear that. Therefore, we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you.
To arrange a return, we kindly ask you to notify us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have up to 14 days after receiving the return form to return the goods. Once we have received the return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 working days.
Please note: If you return the order after 14 days from receipt of the return form, we reserve the right to possibly not refund the full amount.
If the item has arrived damaged, please contact us before returning it. We are ready to find a suitable solution together.
If you have purchased a personalised item, please note that this is not returnable.
RETURNING IN 3 EASY STEPS
Step 1: Contact our customer service via the contact form or send an e-mail to info@novensa.co.uk stating your order number.
Step 2: Return your order
Send the products together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Make sure you provide the parcel with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the parcel, we will make sure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 5 working days.
